Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. However, as Lilypad Lights is a very small business, we are unable to accept returns of our products, with few specific exceptions, as listed below. We kindly request that you do offer us the opportunity to make the issue right. We will do everything we can to help.
  • If a product received is damaged, please contact us and we will work with you and the shipper to resolve the issue and replace the damaged item. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

  • Should you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as you'd have expected, please contact us to allow us the chance to work through the issue with you. Many times, the issue is easily resolved, as wood wicks can be tricky to work with. Please document the issues that you are experiencing and contact us either via email at or via our Facebook Page.
